'Twilight': Taylor Lautner may get to keep Jacob role Jan 7, 2009 RemiLogan Other Fans of the Twilight novels, specifically those who identify themselves as ''Team Jacob,'' are divided over whether Lautner has the machismo to carry New Moon. In fact, pro-Lautner/anti-Lautner fights have been breaking out on the Web for weeks. As screenwriter Rosenberg puts it, ''He has to play a romantic lead against Rob, who's a 22-year-old man. That's a tall order.'' Summit declined to comment on the specifics of this story, but Twilight has so far grossed $263 million worldwide. Usually when a studio hits franchise pay dirt it tries to keep all the parts in place...Recently, there have been rumors that Michael Copon (The Scorpion King 2) and Steven Strait (10,000 BC) are jockeying for Lautner's spot. But you can chalk that up to empty Web noise: Reps for both actors say neither has been approached for the role. In fact, in what may shape up to be a triumph of the underdog, sources close to the production say that the simplest route would be to go with Lautner. (More on site)

Jessica Alba Picture Gallery Jan 6, 2009 SexiVixxEN Other Constantly featured at the top of lists running down the world’s most beautiful women, Jessica Alba was a natural choice for our next photo gallery. While her acting skills haven’t quite ascended to the level of her ridiculous good looks, there’s still hope that she’ll start choosing movies worth seeing. Tom Cruise Says That Scientology Cures Dyslexia Jan 6, 2009 SexiVixxEN Other es, but will it allow your child the proper medical diagnosis. Just wondering. Here's Tom Cruise and wife Katie Holmes out on a "date" (note the quotes) for the paparazzi (let's be real) at Nobu in Tribeca, NYC. Tom told a Spanish magazine (you know he's laid off this bullshit for the American audiences because everyone realized he was a loon) XL Semanal that his dyslexia, which he was diagnosed with at age 7, was cured by his worship of Xenu. "I asked myself if I was normal or an idiot. I would try to concentrate but I felt anxiety, frustration, boredom. When I graduated from high school in 1980 I was functionally illiterate. Nobody gave me a solution and I wanted to know why the system had failed. Finally, as an adult I learned to read perfectly through the method of (Scientology founder) L. Ron Hubbard," Cruise said. Even Katie's zombie eyes are rolling. Unfortunately, being a zombie, they're liable to roll out of her skull at this point. That's ok - she's keeping the economy afloat so we can afford someone to sweep them up. Tom tried to sell this back in 2003 as well, and people with dyslexia got irritated with him because having a learning disability is tough enough without some wackjob telling them that worshipping volcano space gods could potentially cure them.

Baby girl for Garner, Affleck Jan 6, 2009 SexiVixxEN Other Jennifer Garner and Ben Affleck have welcomed another girl, their rep confirms to Usmagazine.com. The baby was born Tuesday in Los Angeles and is healthy, says the rep. No other details were available. A smiling Garner was spotted being wheeled on a roll-away hospital bed as she was taken to her room. A blanket was draped over her, and it appeared that she was holding the baby. Shortly after, the hospital staff brought in a portable bassinet and heart monitor to check on the baby. Look back at Jennifer Garner baby bump days. In July, Us first reported that the actress, 36, was expecting a second child. See Us' celeb babies of the year photo gallery. As her baby bump grew, Garner finally confirmed the news a month later, joking to Access Hollywood, "Oh, I'm not pregnant. I just had a lot of carbs for breakfast. It's just -- what do they call it -- a breakfast pouch?" She then added, "We're so excited, obviously." See the biggest celeb baby bumps of all time. And you probably know by now that every month on the 6th Warner Bros releases a new Watchmen Video Journal. Official Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li Trailer Jan 6, 2009 Petes1234567 Other 20th Century Fox has released the official American trailer for Street Fighter: The Legend of Chun Li on IGN.com. While I was actually surprised at the Japanese trailer that leaked last week, the new American trailer brings me firmly back to reality - this movie looks bad and not even the action will be able to save it. Oh, and the American voice over is just horrendous. It is remarkable how very little they show of lead actress Kristin Kreuk (or at least her face) in the entire advertisement. Watch the trailer after the jump and leave your thoughts in the comments below.

It will be a while before we get any official news about the new Superman movie, but judging by the talks going on at the studio, there is a good chance that the man of steel will be battling Brainiac, Darkseid, Doomsday or Zod. Another Comic Book as a Movie - Jonah Hex Jan 6, 2009 peterdepok Other Jonah Hex is in production for the big screen. The film will star Josh Brolin (Milk, American Gangster), and is directed by Jimmy Hayward, who until now has only done animated films (Horton Hears a Who). The story of Hex is a disturbing one, and the film could be very dark, depending on its interpretation. The current script treatment includes supernatural elements.
